Fine Policy

wTe Recycling, Inc. is committed to providing a safe work environment for our employees, properties, and our customers who are conducting business in our yard. Preventing work-related injuries and explosions is our primary goal. This is why we send the Feedstock Acceptance and Rejection Policy to our vendors to communicate those non-conforming materials that shouldn’t be delivered to our facilities.

Bill of Lading (BOL) Addendum

This document provides certification that the supplier has complied with the Massachusetts General Laws regarding the cancellation of ownership documents upon junking or scrapping of the vehicles included in this shipment of scrap metal to wTe Recycling, Inc.

Acceptance and Rejection Policy

wTe Recycling, Inc. (wTe) processes scrap ferrous and nonferrous metals of various grades. Certain materials commonly associated with scrap metal cannot be accepted by wTe because of Federal and State statues. Certain other materials cannot be accepted because of safety and health concerns, or because of processing or marketing issues. This document describes wTe’s policies for accepting and rejecting scrap metal feedstock.
