Our Metals Division specializes in processing both post burn municipal and traditional ferrous and non-ferrous metals using cutting-edge equipment and methodologies.
Our Services
We collaborate closely with waste-to-energy facilities to efficiently remove, transport, process, and market ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Utilizing our proprietary processing system, we upgrade and refine recovered metals, producing high-quality replacements for traditional scrap materials such as #1 HMS steel and auto shred. We are industry leaders in processing post-burn municipal ferrous metals.
Operations
Our facility includes a shredder that converts automobiles and light iron into shredder grades, which are then sold to domestic and international steel mills. Additionally, we host a traditional ferrous and non-ferrous metals recycling operation, serving industrial and dealer clients in the region.
What We Do
At wTe Recycling, we purchase virtually any kind of metal scrap (ferrous and non-ferrous). After processing, we sell various shredded grades, #1 and #2 HMS steel, non-ferrous concentrates, twitch, heavies, and many other types of sorted non-ferrous metals.
